The New England Foster Parent Association, Inc. (NE-FPA) is a unique program in the field — dedicated to providing support and representation to foster parents and foster children.
Our Mission: Our mission is to increase the overall number of quality foster homes by increasing services and providing specialized training and life skills to foster children, resulting in better outcomes.
Our Vision: Our vision is to collaborate with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and various other youth service providers in the community to reduce homelessness, unemployment, incarceration, and criminal activity of adolescents and young adults aging out of the foster care system.

Social activities and recreational programs that strengthen family bonds.

Equipping foster youth with the skills they need to thrive as they age out of care.
